Mustard Rouge Frisee

The red mizuna belongs to the same botanical family of cabbage, called Brassicaceae. It comes from China and its cultivation has developed in Japan. It is also classified as mustard. Its leaf has strong incisions and a deep red colour. The flavour, slightly spicy, is typical of mustards. It is used for the preparation of salads.
