Red Knight Mizuna
The red knight mizuna belongs to the same botanical family of cabbage, called Brassicaceae. It comes from China and its cultivation has developed in Japan. It is also classified as mustard. The leaf has shallow grooves, its colour is red inside and turns gradually on the green proceeding towards the margins. The taste is fresh and slightly spicy, typical taste of cabbage. It is used, as well as for the salads, for the preparation of fries or soups.
